A typical 30 min. title would be a 6+ gigabyte file which could take quite a bit of time to download. Many of our International customers and those with lower bandwidth Internet have requested an option to download specific cuts or scenes to save on download time. How do I use this service? Look for this graphic on each of our product pages. Click on it and you will be able to preview the complete title or newsreel story.   Notice that there is timecode at the bottom of the preview. Write down the timecode for the IN and OUT points for your custom clip. If you want cuts from multiple titles, please make a note of each title as well. (in this example we would write down "Underwater World Fiji: 01:01:15:01 - 01:03:02:00") Purchase the complete title using our online shopping cart, you will then receive an email from us that confirms your order information. Simply reply to that email and note the time-code numbers of the cuts you want to download. We will then create the custom cuts for you, place them on our server and email you a username and password to download your cuts. (while our turn-around time is substantially less, please allow 24hrs. to receive your user name and password) How much does this cost?
